Our Personal Trainers are at the forefront of the fitness industry specialising in areas of Sports Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Health & Well being. Each trainer is encouraged to reach over 60 CPD points in a year to improve their knowledge and offer more to their clients, teams and businesses.
Each trainer can train you either: in the gym, at home or any location of your choice, subject to distance travelling. The main gym our lead Personal Trainer Sam Stocks works out of is JJB Fitness Club, North Shields. Sam also has his own riverside studio in Sunderland if you require specialised treatment. Sam Scarr our other top trainer trains people at a variety of outdoor locations as well as in home. Sam Scarr will also be available at his studio in Whitley Bay.

SAM STOCKS (PT, EKI, AEKI)
Sam Stocks is our most experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge in exercise, nutrition and healthy living, he has worked as a Freelance Trainer for a number of years in the fitness industry. Sam specialises in Kettlebell Training, whilst teaching this fantastic form of exercise his passion for helping others reach there goals SHINES through.
As a Level 4 Advanced Instructor, Sam is qualified to help those who are pre or post natal, or who suffer from asthma, diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis. He has sought qualifications in:

Sam is an excellent, knowledgeable personal trainer who understands the latest exercises, the research behind them and how to apply it to any client. He creates fun and focused sessions, with real results!

Six pack abs, flat stomach, strong core... when a client walks in the door this is one of their main aims. The core is where most of the body’s power is derived. It provides the foundation for all movements of the arms and legs. The core must be strong, have dynamic flexibility and function correctly. Sam can work your core in ways you couldn't even imagine with astonishing results.
SAM SCARR
Sam Scarr a b-Active personal trainer can work one to one, take small groups and take regular kettle bell and circuit classes. Sam will visit you at home or can work outside in a local park or take you down to the beach for a thrilling workout. Sam has use of a studio in Benton (just off the coast road).
Sam Scar has a level 2 certificate in gym instruction, level 3 certificate in personal training and is a certified Kettlebell Instructor. Sam uses a variety of equipment including Kettlebells, which are a great way to reduce body fat, increase strength and it is a great way to burn calories.
All Sam’s exercise programmes are tailor made to every clients need and all include a diet plan. All plans have small, medium and long-term goals to help keep you motivated. Sam’s training sessions are motivational, inspiring you to achieve your best in a safe, effective, and most importantly fun way.
Sam also specialises in areas such as lifestyle analysis and stress management. Most people know that exercise is a great way to relieve stress but there are also other techniques along side exercise Sam uses to decrease your stress levels. Sleep is so important to function on a daily basis, but so many of us don’t get enough sleep or have interrupted sleep. With a few small changes to your lifestyle Sam can help you get a good night sleep.
