Functionality proving very rewarding
Ok, so last month saw some fantastic results from the Kettlebell Class at Benton, Newcastle, with very rewarding weight loss results. After this Sam focused on improving everybody’s function, using his corrective exercise experience he has helped those with knee pain, back pain and other postural issues experience pain free workouts. Improving every day function is important too and with Sam's guidance many of our clients have improved their energy and performance by improving posture and optimal dynamic movement.

Back Pain...? What back pain?
Sam's experience with treating patients suffering low back pain and back pain in general he has seen a significant uptake in members requesting one on one personal training at DW Fitness, North Shields. The main goal for clients is to help them manage their back pain, which Sam effectively does and most of the time cures their back pain. This is testament to Sam's drive to seek the greatest qualifications in the Fitness Industry. After speaking with Sam he said, ' It's great being able to apply the theory in a real life experience, knowing how to assess the common problems with back pain sufferers and then effectively treat those areas. My corrective exercise experience helps with this as I perform a variety of postural assessments when I take on a new client to get an idea of how they move and any weak areas they have. As I would need to address these before moving the client on to exercise that is more challenging'. You really have to meet him in person to get a real sense of his passion for helping others achieve their goals.

Fat Loss…amazing! Weight Loss…Amazing!
Hey, whichever way you put it we have seen great results from our Newcastle Kettlebell Class. Our Sunday and Tuesday Classes have seen those who regularly attend and follow our guidance away from the class have lost at least half a stone over the last 6 weeks. Well done to Nicola who lost over 4lb consistently every week!

Boxing Class, Newcastle
Today was the start of our boxercise class in Newcastle, aka Ultimate Boxing Class- as the class is not your traditional boxercise class. The instruction of technique for both pad work and punching is key to the success of effective body toning, weight loss and fitness improvements which is creatively instructed by our coaches. Participants leave the class feeling well worked, energised and stress free!

Boxing Workshop
Yesterday 20 very enthusiastic individuals took part in an Ultimate Boxing Workshop. This was a 3 hour boxing workshop consisting of Boxing Skills, Punching technique, stance and footwork along with effective pad work training. Every one put in 100% and made it through to the end. The development of punching technique and pad work from start to finish was amazing. Well done to everyone who took part.
