Exercise Classes

We offer a great range of exercise classes that are fun, energetic and get real results. Currently our classes run in Newcastle, North Shields and Sunderland. Our most popular class is the Kettlebell Exercise Class, Newcastle, closely followed by our Performance Boxing and Circuit Training Classes.

Kettlebell Class

The Kettlebell class offers you the greatest workout you could possibly do. Firstly the Kettlebell is a weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle on it. Kettlebells are available from 4Kg upto a whopping 48Kg – aptly named the BEAST.

The benefits of the Kettlebell Class are:

Anyone can attend the class, from the age of 8 upwards; know matter what your fitness level. The way the class is taught enables the beginner and the advanced to work to their own individual limits and have a fantastic workout. This class is one of the few that offers ONE on ONE Personal Training when you first begin so you can confidently take part in the full class.

What to expect:

Most females in the class start with an 8 Kg Kettlebell (KB) and soon move up to a 12Kg KB. Some of the more advanced participants try their hands on the 16Kg KB.

For the men in the class they usually start of with a 12Kg KB and move up to the 16 or 20 Kg Kettlebells, some use a 24 and a couple have tried the 28kg KB. If you would like to test your true strength come and give it a try.

Performance Boxing Class

This class will help you relieve stress by taking what ever is on your mind or bugging you out on some PADS. Putting all your energy into these classes will reward you with fantastic results.

What you will learn from the class :

You will be taught how to correctly punch, like a real boxer, throwing jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, side rips – the lot, and in a variety of combinations.

You will learn how each movement will benefit you in every day life or in the sports you play. For example, if one of your passions is golf, these classes can help you hit the ball at least another 20 yards on each shot- this is due to increased functionality of your hip complex. This basically means you can swing through your hips faster and your core strength provides you with the power to hit a sweet shot every time.
